How long til i start seeing results?!?!?

doing exercise first thig in the morning is the best way,you will burn stored fat,once it starts coming off,it won't stop,why not try a white cabbage,carrots,onion,chopped up and rice diet,i also add curry sauce, salad-cucumber,celery,tomato,red peppers,i eat this 3 times a day and my weught is falling off, i do jogging on the spot in 6,12 or 18 minutes stints,throughout the day, good luck
