Should i get a atv sport or a dirt bike?

Ok so im 17 and i live in the city,but i go up north alot..my grandma has a bunch of land were its flat,hilly grassy muddy all that,and i dont know if i should get a atv or a dirt bike,i know dirt bikes are safer and faster but i want to have whats best for the terrain i listed above,please help!!
