What will happen if a letter from a family court has not been received by the addressee?
A lady got married to a person and she got separated after three months due to her husband had cheated with lots of lies and frauds about his qualification and job After 1 month of separation he sent a divorce through mutual consent notice for which she agreed but she insisted to file the suit at her hometown for which the husband did not accepted as he wanted it to be done only at place of his residence which is nearly 700 kilometers(nearby State) from the wife's house. A registered post from a family court which is present in the city of her husband's residence has come to her address after two years which she refused to accept from the post man. What will happen if she still refuses to receive the letter ? So far all these two years she has not taken any legal action regarding this matter. What could be present in that letter?Lawyer , Please answer.
