Whats wrong with my car? has slow turnover?

so my cars check engine light has been on. i ran the scanner on it, came out with a p1131 code about fuel air metering, so i cleaned the mass air flow censor and cleared the code. 3 weeks later it pops on again, couple days later it goes off, BUT now my car has a slow turnover. i was thinking it could be the starter or spark plugs. but because of the code maybe more of a fuel pump or fuel filter problem. i was just wondering what to dooo?!
