When will the pegion revolt spark?

When will the legendary pegion revolt that was said to have been lead by Sigghout during the times of the Egyptians revive? I know Ramses II prohibited pegions to have their black spirituals, which ultimately lead to the downfall of their planned revolt, but when will it revive again? The scriptures in the newly written Pegion Quairreagon state it will be soon. Any body know when?
