Will this help with last night's calories?

Right soo I was at my friends 21st birthday party yesterday and ate really well throughout the day (consumed around 800 calories) but then I ate a lot at the buffet :-| Like a serios ton...it was yummy though! So I went for a cycle today for 1 hour and 10 mins (very windy day, hilly terrain) and I'm working a 4 hour shift later (in the fruit & veg dept of a supermarket - heavy lifting, always on my feet) and I was going to walk to and from work (about a half hour walk.) Plus go to the gym tomorrow and work again...will this help 'undo' or minimize the damage from last night?
