How long would it take to see results on the jump rope?
i usually do about 2,000 jumps total for my workout...going at 200 jumps, break, 200, etc. i do other excercises such as walking, and i'm going to start running, and yes i'm doing a healthy diet. I'm 5'2" and 150 lbs, i've lost about thirty lbs on this diet, but it got too expensive for me so i'm trying to do it on my own now, i have about four months until my boyfriend gets home from deployment, and while i may not reach my ideal weight goal i would love to tone up as much as i could in the process of trying to lose some more. so how long would it take to see progress with jump rope or running? (where i run, it's kinda hilly) am i doing enough, or do i need to up it up some more?
