Why are there suddenly so many protests around the world? What sparked them?

That is a great question. I have my own theory which is the new Internet Age sparked them. It is now possible for large groups of people to communicate online via a social media website like Facebook. There they can organize and distribute information on a large scale. This new ability which has no borders or boundaries is a catalyst for these protests and rallies we see.
