How often would I have to do this cycling route to lose weight?

I have a very hilly cycling route near my house that takes about an hour to complete. I live in the country so it's quite hilly. I'm a 5'7" male weighing 9 stone (126 pounds), making my BMI 126. Also I'm 13 years old. How often would I have to do this route to lose weight and gain muscle?
