What to do to get fit in a month or two?
I might be going to California again in June. Last time I went, I don't think I felt completely comfortable with myself and therefore I don't think I had as much fun as I coould... I've already lost 20 pounds (healthily- exercise!) And I don't think I want to lose too much more (I'm roughly 140ish and I'm 5'11"), at most 10 pounds (doc said it would be fine). I'm much more comfortable now, I dropped two sizes... I'd still like to be more fit, though. I'm just a little flabby now- mostly in my stomach and thighs. I'm planning on running 3 miles a day through a hilly course, and jump roping when I can for 15 minutes at a time. What are some other things I can do to get fit before I go? (: Thanks!
